46 Player MAX - NO EXCEPTIONS (Downstairs will hold 16 people and the Upstairs Sales Room holds 30 people.
Format: Standard League CUP Swiss Bo1 30 minute rounds and top cut Bo3 50 minute rounds
Check in: 2:00pm
Check in ENDS: 2:45 pm
Hard Start time, R1 begins: 3pm
Round Time: Bo1 30 minutes and top cut Bo3 50 minutes + (Turns/Extra Time: 0, 1, 2, 3 approx. 5 minutes)
Round count/top cut breakdown:
8 or fewer players: no Swiss rounds, straight to single-elimination top cut
9-16 players: 4 Swiss rounds, cut to top 4
17-32 players: 5 Swiss rounds, cut to top 8
33-64 players: 6 Swiss rounds, cut to top 8
Tournament Entry: Masters: $20
Juniors/Seniors: $20
Note: The approximate six B01 rounds should end around 6:30pm.. There will be a short break if the top 8 participants wish to grab food/take a break. Then the B03 rounds will last approximately around 3 hours. This event is expected to go until around 10pm depending on how long overtime goes. This event WILL run late into the night. Please plan accordingly.

Prizing for League CUPS and League Challenges:
67% of each persons’ tournament entry is added to the prize pool (2/3 of entry)
The prize pool will then be split between top finishers for each age division*
Store Credit Prizes apply to each age division with a minimum of 8 participants. If the number of participants is not met in an age division, packs may be substituted in place of store-credit for divisions that do not meet the participant minimum.
Top finishers in each age division will receive additional prize packs along with the following:
Winner of each age division will receive a CHAMPION stamped Pokemon Playmat. Top finishers will also be awarded Championship Points (CP) for the 2024-2025 season along with store credit based on finishing records.

Everyone who plays at least 3 rounds will receive x2 Pokemon prize packs for participation.

RETURNS/CANCELLATIONS
All trading card sales are final due to potential price fluctuations and to prevent tampering. Unfulfilled orders may only be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. All fulfilled or shipped orders may not be cancelled or refunded. No exceptions.
In certain cases (product is damaged/defective), a return will be considered.

PREORDERS
There will be NO REFUNDS on pre-order product.
REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. A 25% restocking fee will be charged for all refunds.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@gaming-giant.com.
